I Love A Parade & The Scale Moved!

Bar Harbor, Maine celebrates the 4'th of July in style. It reminds me of holidays from my childhood: Pancake breakfast, a Parade with the Shriner cars and clowns. a lobster bake and fireworks. People from all around the East Coast make the annual pilgrimage. I watched the parade with a former Marine from New Hampshire and the fireworks with a former Seabee from Georgia.

Rode my bike along the coastal route from Portsmouth to Rye Harbor (New Hampshire). A flat, easy route. My road bike is in for repairs. The front wheel of my mountain bike is not true. The lack of spin probably burned a few extra ounces of fat.

My average heart rate was 146. Current weight 216 pounds!
